The Monaco-Lens clash is the headline fixture, with last season's Ligue 1 runners-up Lens facing one of the strongest sides in the early weeks of the new campaign. Strasbourg have also shown plenty of attacking quality.

After a difficult opening defeat, they responded with consecutive victories, including a spectacular 6-2 away win over Troyes. They scored eight goals across those two victories, highlighting the threat they can pose in transition and around the penalty area.

Paris FC will have home advantage, but Strasbourg's ability to attack at pace makes this a difficult match to call.

With both teams showing an attacking approach during the opening weeks, chances at both ends would not be a surprise.
